Our review team's reports were very up-beat regarding this guide, even though the program was centered almost entirely on women's conditioning and health. Still, most of our team believed that this was a very worthwhile workout guide that could be practical for just about anyone. The only stumbling block of note was the price, which came in at a little below 200 dollars. This was manifested in our review team's final grades, which typically were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
