This program has obviously been designed for women who are looking to shed some pounds after giving birth. The fitness tape uses progressive exercises that trains the body as the participant proceeds through the 16 week advanced fitness program. Just 90 minutes per week are required by putting into use what she calls "supersets". The course also consists of advice on nutrition by Dr. Kara Gallagher.

Everyone from our review team affirmed that they achieved some degree of success from using this program. Most of our staff were of the mind that the extra instructional tapes were helpful, but were somewhat dissuaded by the added charge in excess of $100. Still, the program did provide results, thus garnering a very honorable 4 out of 5 stars.
